Here are four quadrotors flying in formation in the University of Pennsylvania’s GRASP lab ( I have no idea what this acronym stands for). Apparently they’ve been working on getting robots to work in formations and there is even a leader and followers so these aren’t just four robots running off of the same controls. Part way though the video you can even see what one does when a simulated failure occurs. I was going to make an awesome skynet pun here, but then realized that Make already did in their article…so Props to you MAKE.
