I finally got around to taking some pictures of the stanley bailey no.6 plane that I cleaned up and refinished recently. I used a VHT wrinkle plus and a heat gun to refinish this plane which looks much different than the standard japanning. Also i made a new rear tote out of scrap piece of walnut which was hand shaped with a rasp (still could have used a bit more shaping but oh well it works)

Looks good, cuts even better. I look forward to refinishing some more handplanes
